SERIOUS MANGEMENT ISSUE at this location! Mail got stolen from the outgoing mailbox in the lobby. Long line at the pick up window and no one will come and help after ringing the bell multiple times. This post office wasn't like this before. SOS!!!

USPS & Buyer ReviewUSPS — 3 starsThe experience was okay but had some real issues. Their technology/equipment was broken down, so only one person could attend to everyone, which is wild for a shipping service. The first lady who helped me was kinda rude too, especially since I'm new to shipping and learning as I go. Inconvenient, but I got through it. Unrelated but The Buyer — 0 stars I opened up to this girl about my sexual trauma, C-PTSD, emotional violence, and every form of abuse you can imagine. I shared so much with her, and she acted like she cared, like she empathized. But when I asked for one extra week to ship because of everything I was going through — physical pain, transportation issues, ongoing abuse at home — she couldn't extend a shred of patience. She started insinuating I was wasting her time and nagged me about money before I even had a chance to ship. I waited a whole month for her to move before she could even pay me. But she couldn't wait one extra week for me when I was literally torturing myself to get it done. People will act like they care about your trauma until it inconveniences them. She showed me exactly who she was. I shared so much with her, and she acted like she cared, like she empathized. But when I asked for extra time to ship because of everything I was going through physical pain, transportation issues, my dad sabotaging my mom's car purchase, and ongoing abuse at home, she couldn't extend a shred of patience. She switched up so fast and started harassing me about money, even though I waited a whole month for her to move before she could even pay me. Then, after all that pressure, she didn't even respond for days once I actually shipped it. To top it off, she tried to blame me for her not having her own USPS locker code, which makes zero sense. She bugged me until she got what she wanted and then couldn't even be bothered to tell me the package arrived until I asked. People will act like they care about your trauma until it inconveniences them. She showed me exactly how fake she was.

I guess the delivery drivers here don’t have common sense of just flat out lazy. My package showed delivered in mailbox get to the mailbox it’s nothing there. I look on the ground my package is there just left for anyone to steal. Instead of just leaving at my front door.

My rating for this should be much less than one star. The old Asian woman there was very rude. She yelled at me because her barcode printer wasn't working (even though it worked with the first package, it suddenly broke down with the second). I tried with self return machine but I didn’t know how to use it, I asked her how to do this but she rudely give an info (that I barely understand what she said), then she told me to go to other USPS office

I was able to pick up a flat rate envelope, address it, and ship it within 10 minutes. There were 2 employees working and a line of about 4 customers waiting at 10am on a Tuesday. Staff was professional and friendly enough for my liking.
