People are coming in to PAY for a service at a place she signed up to work for. Do better! Or replace her with someone who knows how to treat/talk to people.

So here is what happened I had an appointment for passport and photos for my 3 kids and I had gotten their early so by the time my appointment time came my youngest 2 years old was a bit fussy I was trying my best to keep him calm the guy doing the passports was very understanding and super patient I am very thankful for him but there was an older Asian lady in the back that got extremely upset about my son crying when taking his pictures she stormed in the office saying he is not going to calm down and I have a meeting but I’m a very disgusting tone so they guy doing the passports continued with my other child’s application while I tried to calm my youngest down. I eventually got my child to calm down so he can take his picture but he was becoming more impatient since at that point we had been there for an hour he then started crying again and she busted through the door again to stare my child down! Once she seen we were about to pay she stepped back outside we then completed payment and went back to sign the final paperwork and attach money orders which my baby at this point would not stop crying she barged in there once more and pulled the guy doing the passport paper work outside and I could hear him saying he was about to be done. I felt so uncomfortable with her barging in there there is only so much I could do to calm my baby down aside from that I paid for this service and her interruption was so harassing to me!
