  The person name Raul is the Rudeest and unprofessional person to out work on the front what qualification is he have to work there when he have no idea about customer I'm so shock will never go this place because of him there was a lady by name shonda she was nice enough to help while he was screaming and arguing!!! Very very disappointing

  I’m honestly not sure where to even start. Unfortunately, this location seems no different from many other USPS locations I’ve dealt with. The staff appears uninterested in helping, the wait times are ridiculously long. At this point, I’m almost out of words to describe the experience. I really wish someone would take a serious look at what’s happening with USPS customer service and actually do something to improve it.

  The old lady who works there is the rudest person I saw ever. I asked her for mailing my package. She gave a marker and said write your sender and receipting address . I said i need a label to put over package and she said you can not is late for that. I gave you a market. I had to go through self service part. If she can’t help, why you keep such old person which is not helpful to customers.

  Fingerprint reader is old, ineffective and dirty. Staff member was not appropriately trained on its use. I was able to figure out how to use the machine and retry a result within minutes of using it, but the staff member interpreted failed connection errors or other reading failures as a sign that the machine “didn’t like” me, or that the “FBI computer” was rejecting me. This was superstitious and not true. If he had just been patient and let me finish my last hand by retrying a few more times, it would have saved me from having to go to another post office. They had the same issues there, but the lady let me try until I captured both sets of fingerprints correctly. Then she submitted it even with the red error exclamation marks, which merely indicated a connection issue. Within 30 minutes, the FBI sent me my results. It saved me two weeks of waiting. I understand that this gentleman had to help other customers, and I don’t blame him personally, since he wasn’t adequately trained, but I think that if he had been patient, I would have been done within a few minutes. He showed me a book full of machine read failures, so this happens frequently. America shouldn’t have worse fingerprint readers than even the poorest countries in Europe, but we do.
