  There are no words to tell you how absolutely incredible This UPS store is. Matt and Bryan helped me so much and we’re so kind and they Helped me with everything. It is the most well run UPS store and I will never go anywhere else!!

  I have been using this UPS location for years and have always had a great experience here. The employees are fast and friendly. I never have to wait long for help. They handle a large volume of packages with professional efficiency. And now they are open 7 days a week!

  Matt was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My package was misplaced after I printed the shipping label at the store, and when I asked for help, he didn’t know what to answer and was telling me to contact the website that I’m returning the package too, I’m like what should I tell them? Can you tell me? he got frustrated with an attitude and said, “We lost it. We can’t do anything about it, it means we lost it!” and told me to leave. While I’m leaving he kept saying leave!! The rest of the team and the manager stood there and watched without trying to help or resolve the issue. I contacted the owner, reported what happened, how bad and disrespectfully I was treated, he was just telling me where to find the package! he was not helpful either. Didn’t apologize for what happened he’s like okayy what do you want me to do, I like at least an apology. The package was eventually delivered to my home the next day from the store address, (it was an important package to be returned not send to my home address!) which means it had been found at their store not as they claimed, after all. No one have the right to treat others this way. Mistakes happen, but refusing to help and treating customers this way is unacceptable. I will never come back to this store, and I told all my family and friends so they don’t have to deal with bad customer experience!

  What makes a business stand out are there front office personnel. I had a wonderful experience with Matt here who is a happy person and was so patient and helpful in guiding me. Thank You.

  Matt, the manager, is clueless and shows very little customer service knowledge. He has a poor attitude for someone in a management role, and as a customer, I fail to see what value he adds to this particular UPS Store. Read the reviews and you’ll see that many complaints are about him specifically. A package that was meant for a location across the street was mis-delivered to this store. Instead of refusing the package or doing the right thing and simply walking it across the street. Matt threw it in a USPS bin, which is essentially the same as throwing it in the garbage. When I called and asked why he’d do that, he just hung up on me. I went to the store in person to discuss it further and spoke with the owner, who apologized for how Matt handled the situation. That said, I doubt anything will actually change as a result.
