It appears that the Owner/manager is non existent in the running of this business. Surprised UPS lets this go on. Thought they had higher standards. I went 4 times in 1 week to return items and ended up having to drive across town to another ups: 1) internet down 2) pos down 3) had no paper to print receipts 4) pos down- employees had no assistance or supervision.
