- RRRuthJul 19, 20261.0Notary Service rating Recommendation: 1/5 I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic empathy displayed by the notary at this location. I came in to have a sensitive legal document notarized—a formal complaint regarding a serious abuse situation I’ve been navigating for over a year. As someone dealing with chronic PTSD and the exhaustion that comes with seeking justice, the process is already incredibly taxing. I had accidentally signed a line I wasn't supposed to, and instead of being helpful or patient with a first-time filer, the notary was dismissive and cold. I watched her be perfectly sweet and friendly to the customers before me, but the second I stepped up, her entire energy shifted. She brushed me off with a "legally I can't do that" attitude, offering zero guidance or kindness. She treated me like I was a child for making a simple mistake on a form she handles every day. It is deeply upsetting to be met with a power trip when you are already at your limit trying to hold abusers accountable. This person has no business handling sensitive documents if she cannot maintain a respectful and consistent level of service for everyone. I left the store fighting back tears and fury because of how dehumanizing the interaction felt. It’s like she got a kick off of my pain, disappointment and inconvenience. Didn’t think I’d get abused at a ups store of all places, but now I’ll definitely be looking for a different location next time.
