  I had a great experience with UPS. My package arrived on time and in perfect condition. The tracking updates were accurate, and the entire delivery process was smooth and reliable. The staff was professional and helpful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use UPS again.

  First time at this brand-new UPS Store, and it’s a great addition to 121 & Preston Road. This area really needed one. Love the sliding door entrance, makes it so much easier going in and out with packages. Wish more locations had this! Customer service was excellent. Came in Wednesday morning, no wait. The lady at the counter, though busy, greeted me right away and let me know someone would help me shortly. A gentleman came out from the back immediately, both staff smiling and welcoming the whole time. Fastest, friendliest UPS experience I’ve had. Wish it were closer to home, but I’ll definitely stop by whenever I’m visiting my parents nearby. Highly recommend!

  Do not use this UPS Store location. I shipped the exact same bridesmaid gift at another shipping location and was only charged about $2 for the extra packing materials. At this store, the employee (who turned out to be the owner) told me my package needed bubble wrap and a larger box. Trusting her recommendation, I agreed, but she never discussed the pricing beforehand. When it was time to pay, the total was $75, including $9 for bubble wrap and $9 for the box. I told her that was more than I could afford and asked to cancel the shipment so I could take my package to another UPS Store or the post office. She canceled the shipment but then charged me $9 for the bubble wrap plus a $15 service fee that had never been mentioned and was not part of the original transaction. I never saw any posted notice about an automatic service fee, and it wasn’t disclosed before the work was done. At that point, I felt stuck because I had already been charged enough that it no longer made financial sense to leave and ship elsewhere, so I reluctantly completed the shipment. My issue isn’t just the price—it’s the lack of transparency. Customers should be told what they’ll be charged before services are performed, especially when additional fees may apply. I left feeling pressured into using this store and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I won’t be returning and would recommend getting a quote upfront or using another shipping location.
