- RCRyan Carlson1 day ago1.0I was supposed to have a delivery from Crate and Barrel today, and minutes before the delivery was supposed to be completed after waiting over a month for a couch, they canceled part of the order. When we call to figure out what's wrong with the order, they say part of the couch is missing and the parts that are ready for delivery will be there today. After waiting 6 hours past the delivery window, no one has idea and where the ready or missing pieces are, where the delivery drivers are and what's being done to get the couch to us. One rep says they talked to the driver and they'll be there in 20 minutes, one says they'll have the driver call me immediately (which never happened) and another says we'll need to either remake the couch and it'll be another 2 months, or if they can find the couch it'll be another 2 weeks minimum to get the delivery. No manager has contacted us, no communication, unfortunately just 3 different versions that are all untrue. We just sold our couch yesterday to perfectly align with our new one, and now our family will have to gather these holidays on the floor in our living room. Looks like Crate is back to covid distribution issues.
