Rose Dawson has been my go-to for decades. I can count on her & her team to go the extra mile, to take on challenges, to jump through hoops to make things work. They are worth fighting for!

For over a decade I have closed my real estate transactions with Tracy Horne and her Republic Title Team at every opportunity. Of course I don't always get to choose where my clients close so I've closed at Title companies across the Metroplex. I can say, without hesitation, that Tracy and her team have consistently rendered professional services above and beyond my expectations. Tracy and the Team are always eager and open to assist. Even when I request information or research or training not directly involved in a transaction. I simply cannot stress enough that if you are a real estate professional and are looking for that Title company that will always have your back, call Tracy Horne at Republic Title. We had major issues with our mortgage lender and Christi and her team went above and beyond with assisting us in getting to closing in a timely manner. They we’re always quick to respond to emails or requests. They spent the extra time to go over our documentation when we had questions that our lender would not answer. I highly recommend them to anyone doing a refinance or purchasing a home!

Fabulous customer service 14 years after purchasing our home!! We needed to build a fence but the contractor required a plat survey as part of the permitting process. We couldn't find our copy and the county records office was non-responsive. A friend suggested we contact the title company. Wow! Sandy in the Post Closing department called back in 10 minutes. In the meantime, Sara had read my follow-up email and was already working on it. Before I finished my call with Sandy, Sara had emailed me the much needed document. I am so thankful for the company's wonderful employees and for their dedicated service to customer requests!
