- OLO LeeJun 3, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. Primo/ReadyRefresh is such a disaster, I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up as the subject of a Netflix exposé. Their entire business is supposed to be water delivery—but guess what? The water never shows up. Instead, they send bogus emails claiming you rescheduled the delivery (which you didn’t), and if you try calling? Good luck. The number goes nowhere and there’s zero actual customer service. I’ve been stuck in this mess for three weeks, with empty bottles sitting outside like forgotten trash. This isn’t just bad—it’s straight-up scammy. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

You cannot call to tell them about what is going on because the calls are never transferred to an agent successfully. I have written emails (plural) and no response. I have had 4 jugs desperately needing replaced for A MONTH and no end in site for when they will actually show up. 5 reschedules for delivery due to an address not being located. Now they have delivered to this exact address once before but suddenly cannot find it. It’s a home address not an apartment with any challenge to locate. To say we are furious with this horrendous “service” is an understatement.
