The other agent's credit card machine was broken. Additionally, the suite number was left off my package. Even though it was clearly in the shipping instructions.

I told him I had some Amazon returns, before scanning the QR code he said you'll have to put these in a box. I said these are no box no label. He said pass me one of those envelopes. Not even please or anything, and I thought that was his job? So rude. Then he scanned and said oh no it doesn't work. It was true that I had to ship from an office,but still, very unpleasant, needs some customer service training for sure. Basic manners say hi, smile, please and thank you and do your job don't be asking customers to pack their shit. Rude
