  Well organized, large and well maintained compared to other locations and other shipping stores. The access to their print services and self service print, scan and fax options mean I don't have to have a home printer any more. They have a lot of packing materials and options so it's a great one stop for a variety of services.

  Very Disappointing Service I needed to print a shipping label, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The employee had no smile or basic courtesy, walked away from the counter without any explanation, and acted like she was extremely unwilling to do her job. Showing such a terrible attitude toward customers while laughing and chatting with coworkers is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It took nearly 10 minutes just to print one label, and I ended up wasting about 30 minutes total. She also saw that I needed tape and a cutting tool but made absolutely no effort to help. For the exact same type of shipment, I went to a UPS Store and was in and out in less than five minutes. The difference in customer service was honestly unbelievable. I understand that not every day at work is perfect, but this was beyond poor customer service. If you don’t want to help customers, you probably shouldn’t be working at the counter.

  I walked in and there was only 1 customer ahead and it took me 20 minutes to simply send a package. The two female employees were talking with attitude and wad not so helpful. They were not giving clear instructions so so when I had to make things sure, they were talking really rudely as if I asked something I can't.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this FedEx location. I went in to ship a package and presented my valid Mexican passport—the same identification I had used at this location about a month earlier without any issue. The employee told me that I needed a U.S.-issued ID, so she consulted with her manager. The manager instructed her to verify my U.S. residence by asking for a bill in my name. I immediately provided my AT&T bill showing my name and current U.S. address. Even after I fulfilled the manager’s request, the employee continued raising unnecessary objections, questioning my documents, and significantly delaying the transaction. Her attitude throughout the interaction felt unhelpful and dismissive. I understand that FedEx has identification and security policies, and I was fully willing to comply with them. However, once the manager explained what documentation was acceptable and I provided exactly what was requested, there was no reason for the employee to continue making the process so difficult. The entire interaction could have been handled much more efficiently, respectfully, and professionally.
