Mohammad was extremely gracious and helpful in repackaging my documents from an existing envelope and assisting in sending it.

Always nice, I drive from McKinney to ship there. Very friendly, great customer service. If you are shipping international, you should check this place.

Do not ship thru this location. When we arrived at 2:00pm there was a sign “will return in 15 min”. However the door was unlocked. When I went in and gentlemen came out from the back. I asked him if I should return later. He said he would help me.. I provided him a box that weighs 21.2 lbs. asked for shipping to Colombia. He told me it was $1,000. I asked about putting it in a smaller box and he said $750.. luckily I know better. I drove over venetex express. $165… This guy either did not want to help us or Dhl is 5 times more expensive.. horrible
