The other was helping the line of 10+ people making returns for Amazon. If there is that big of a line, they should both be helping out. A large retailer needs to do better than that. This shouldn't happen.

Came in to purchase one item and stood in line behind around 20 people for 10 minutes before I realized that most everyone had an Amazon return. The only other employee was working through another line that said UPS returns by the printer. I left and went to a competitor where I was in and out. Paid a bit more unfortunately. Wish there was a self checkout or even one more associate reserved for purchases only.

Even though there were several orders ahead of me, Bere took the time to help me print a poster and patiently explained the different size and paper options available. What impressed me most was the kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. I never felt rushed, and Bere made sure I understood everything so I could make the best choice for my project. Great customer service like this is hard to find and deserves recognition. Thank you, Bere, for going above and beyond and making my experience such a positive one. Staples is fortunate to have someone like you on their team!
