- ACAleyda COSep 22, 20261.0Terrible service, zero stars if that rating was available. Employees would rather chat with each other via their walkie talkies than help the growing line of customers. I counted FIVE employees walk by, look at the line of almost ten people and do nothing. I asked the manager for some help and he said nothing. It was infuriating, go ANYWHERE else.

He made a comment about the item I was returning & said it wasn’t his job to worry about the wrong package I got & for amazon to deal with it . Terrible customer service, very disappointing.

So I ask the employees assigned to that area for help before I could finish they just pointed at the printers. I then try to again state that it’s my first time and again they said send your files to that email. I tried and apparently my files weren’t compatible which is fine but I had no idea that was the issue so i ask a cashier for help since the ladies were just chatting away with eachother and he says “well did you even do it right?” Which I stated “I believe so it’s my first time I need a little help” and he said “all you had to do it send to the email” he walks me back to the printers just to have the SAME issue I was having. Finally one of the ladies comes to “help” just to tell me we can’t help you with those files, you have to go somewhere else. Not sure if they were all having a bad day? But why be at work if you don’t want to do your job? If someone asking for help leading to passive aggressive replies then simply politely decline and we will be on our marry way to a different store.
