  Ordered an expensive and large package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Get a notification that it’s out for delivery at 10 AM. Latest time 2 PM. Had no updates, then all of a sudden it says failed to delivery at 3 pm. Immediately call about the failed delivery and customer service just says “we don’t do deliveries to apartment complexes, we don’t give the drop off instructions to the drivers or the code in them it’s for YOUR own safety.” If I had an issue with them coming into the apartment complex, I wouldn’t have had the delivery set to the apartment. Anywho, customer service tells us it got sent to this facility for pick up and we go there IMMEDIATELY. As soon as we walk in we have a front desk lady who looks completely miserable and out of it. She’s answering the wrong questions as she’s zoned out, she’s giving wrong information, even her coworker has to correct her. In the end she tells us “Come back tomorrow at 5 PM that’s when your package will be here.” So the next day we show up and the same lady is there. She then tells us oh actually we don’t have your package go to this other facility all the way in Edinburg. So we go to Edinburg. Then the security guy would not listen and let us in and it took several times repeating how this facility sent us here for a package. Another security guy comes in and finally listens but tells us that (due to bad weather) the electricity is out so they can’t even look up the package! And that the electricity might not be back all night. So we decide to come back the day after, being today. We then wake up to the notification status update that we failed to pick up package within time window and it is being returned to sender. However, while this JUST got updated, it says it was immediately set to return to vendor that same minute it arrived at the facility in Edinburg and these employees failed to say anything. I don’t even know if the updates are correct because I cannot trust any information this company has given us. All customer service reps keep giving non answers and non solutions and basically telling us “here, now FO”. I don’t understand how every single employee working for fedex seems completely useless, and never know what is going on with a package. I don’t understand how this company is still running. They have wasted my time for 3-4 days and I have to wait for this refund for another 3 days. NEVER ORDER WITH FED EX.

  Absolutely ridiculous. I got no notification of my package, they had me running back and forth and it somehow never made it to my house! Mind you I was in my house ALL DAY the day it was supposedly delivered and not ONCE did I hear knocking or did I get I call about it, I’m pretty sure I didn’t even get a ticket! I go to the warehouse and I don’t think I’ve ever met someone as useless as the lady who attended me. She was dismissive and did not care to even look at my phone when I told her I had barely been told the day before it was at the warehouse and that I had five days to pick it up she just said “I can’t do anything about it” in a really annoyed voice as if *I* was somehow bothering HER???
