- AAAdriana4 days ago5.0I want to give a huge thank you to Crystal at the post office. After moving into my new construction home, I was accidentally given the wrong mailbox keys, which caused my packages and passport to appear delivered but missing. Crystal took my concerns seriously from day one. She kept in contact with me multiple times a day, provided updates, and was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. Once we discovered the issue, she quickly had someone bring me the correct mailbox keys. Her communication and customer service were amazing. Crystal truly deserves recognition for how much she cares about helping people. Thank you again, Crystal!

- MCMal CMay 2, 20261.0They're always misplacing items or they dissappear ENTIRELY, as well Ias been given a key for someone else's mailbox, and when we were staving that it didn't work, they were disrespectful and blamed it on us when they were the one to give us the wrong key in the first place. And now my current problem is one of the keys doesn't work (latch). Instead of actually helping us, we've been treated as if we are incompetent. With video proof that a key isn't working it is consistently being pushed off to the next day saying that they'll fix a problem, and it never is. Even with clear instructions after the first time was to put it on the porch.

I think we could use a second post office in town. Our city has outgrown the one we have. The line can sometimes be long. Parking lot isn’t big enough anymore. Staff are pleasant. We could use a larger facility.
