I had a package that they could've just put a note on as a pick up rather than delivery and they would not do that and be lazy at their job. Garbage system they have running there. That includes national side too, they will not work with you on any means if that means they have to lift a finger.

- VRVincent RehJun 27, 20261.0Don't waste your time getting fingerprints taken at this location. I waited a couple of hours for the person that handles the fingerprints to arrive and she was useless. She didn't scan the provided registration bar code and didn't collect the $50.00 service fee, but assured my that my prints were going to the FBI anyway. Needless to say, they did not and I eventually had to go to the GMF in Austin for the service. They did everything correctly there and I received my FBI background report within hours. The Pflugerville Post Office completely wasted my time and gasoline.
