  I love our neighborhood UPS store. The staff is always helpful and quick service. Whenever, I visit there are no lines and I’m out within minutes. Love , love and love this store.

  This was a very disappointing experience. I was trying to return a Verizon Home Internet equipment, which I believe is a basic task that should be handled at a UPS location. However, the older female employee did not seem to know how to process it. After I reminded her, she scanned the serial number on the bottom of my device, but then she told me that Verizon “seemed”to require my return order number. I was very confused because I repeatedly explained that Verizon had told me I did not need a QR code or a return label — they only needed the device serial number to be scanned, and then I should receive a return receipt to complete the process. However, she still did not know what to do. I waited in line for 10 minutes and received very unprofessional service. Then I went to the UPS location on Pecan St where the employee completed the return within one minute without asking me for any additional information. That is the difference. I am simply stating the facts and not making any personal judgment.

  Dunno what happened to this spot, used to have great staff, now they're rude and NPC. They also tried to charge me over 8 dollars to print three pieces of paper. UPS pickup is cheaper 😂 Update to reply: No. It was an amazon return for a small headset and y'all tried to charge me 8 dollars to print the return label there lol. "High quality." It used to be 1 dollar. One of the papers was superfluous too.
