HORRIBLE customer service, The inside was full of “employees” that were standing around while my package that was very very expensive was floating around “Lost” in their words! They said they thought they might’ve put it in the wrong P.O. Box!! I couldn’t track it any further because they put it as delivered when it was NOT! I also couldn’t get a refund or the insurance claim because of that as well. They all had an attitude because THEY lost MY package! This place has had issues going YEARS back and something really needs to be done!
