Joshua is the example of how customers should be treated and his co workers could learn a lot from him! So maybe have them shadow him! He was pleasant and courteous from start to finish of the transaction.
- MZmeili zhaoAug 22, 20261.0Today, I went to UPS to return a package and had a very unpleasant experience. One of the employees was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The self-service label printer near the entrance was not working. We scanned the code, but no label came out. When we told the employee that the label had not printed, he suddenly raised his voice at us and said, “You do this every time.” We were completely confused because this was the first time we had ever encountered this issue. We had no idea what he meant by “every time” or why he was speaking to us in such an accusatory and rude manner. What made the experience even worse was what happened as we were leaving. Three new customers walked in, and the employee complained out loud, saying something along the lines of, “One just left, and now three more come in.” His attitude made it very clear that he was annoyed by customers simply coming into the store. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
