- MGMya Geren4 days ago1.0Seriously hate this location, horrible customer service for years, same kids. It’s actually comical to watch how much they don’t give a care. Btw the place inside ifs filthy. Owners should be so proud. Not going in there again, unfortunately this place frustrates me. On another note, awesome customer service at the mail place next to Kroger on Cullen and 518, everyone should go there instead!!

I walked up to the counter, smiled and said, "Hello, how are y'all doing?". Two of the three gentlemen that were there looked at me but never responded. The one who served me never acknowledged me just scanned my QR code, printed the ticket and handed it to me all while having a personal conversation with the other gentleman behind him. I said thank you and walked out. The young man never said a word to me.
- VZVictor ZMay 21, 20261.0We were attended by a black guy (not trying to be racist but didn’t care to read his name - should have asked to make this post more reliable and to be able to take proper action.) I emailed them a document to be printed out. So was expecting the services to be just $1 or $2. But he asked we needed to pay $4 for just to begin the service with him and the copies being extra. The question of course is not about a money. But I have several UPS locations I have never! Heard of this service fee to start! This store needs to take some proper actions against such dishonest employees.
