- CMCatrina McDonaldJul 3, 20261.0This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. The FedEx driver lied not once, but twice, claiming delivery attempts were made when it was obvious he didn’t want to carry my package up three flights of stairs. Instead of doing his job, he chose to provide false delivery information, wasting my time and causing unnecessary frustration. He delivered to the wrong address and someone signed for my packages. Because of these false delivery attempts, I missed two days of work waiting for packages that never arrived. I contacted two different supervisors Randy and Isabel, explained exactly what happened, and yet my issue still hasn’t been resolved. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and complete disregard for customers is unacceptable. FedEx expects customers to trust its delivery service, but that trust is impossible when drivers can falsely report delivery attempts without consequences and management fails to correct the problem. I still don’t have my packages, I’ve lost income from missing work, and no one has taken responsibility. This experience has been completely unprofessional, and I will think twice before ever using FedEx again.
- AGAna GJun 26, 20261.0Poor customer service. I waited in line while an employee struggled with a complicated print order and another associate stepped in to help. A customer who arrived after me with a simple return/ship with label on and ready to be sent (the same reason I was there) was helped before me. When I asked if my quick return could be processed, I was told no. Employee stated she was still helping the customer before me, but it was the other associate who she asked for help that was assisting that customer. It seems they pick and choose who to help rather than serving customers in the order they arrive.
