- FCFran Rodriguez CruzSep 28, 20261.0Walked in at 4:45 pm along with about 3 other people right behind each other. The older hispanic male working behind the counter, looked at us and said "Why do ya'll wait until the last minute to come in here". Seems like he's ready to close shop at 4:59pm to rush out....but then he said he doesn't actually get off until 5:30pm so WHAT's the issue sir! He is kind of rude but anyway...Do your job as you are paid to do and clock out at 5:30!
- TSTommi SuarezSep 22, 20261.0Horrible service & seems like USPS higher ups are not doing their job keeping the older front desk male there because he seems like he doesn't seem pleased to be there. Went in there and it felt shady, kept feeling like he was rushing me out quickly while other two men were inside in the corner just hanging out in there. I had packages and he asked if I needed a receipt for each one I said no thank you and he said "okay place everything on the counter" we did. I just wanted to see him scan everything because i have my small business and I like to let my customers know detail to detail updates, he immediately got an attitude and said "do you not trust me scanning your stuff?" I said "I never said that I just wanted to see you scan them for my business" it escalated immediately, he then threatened that he doesn't have to scan my packages, I said thats fine, told me "goodbye" and I seeked my way out, disappointed highly.
