- HDHolly DelayeMay 8, 20261.0Unreliable.If you order something that is being shipped through USPS to Pampa TX expect it to get lost if it not insured. I'm pretty sure you wont get alot of regular mail either!!! Expect to get other people mail because carriers apparently cant read. I suggest going with UPS or FedEx for deliveries!
