- CBChanda BreauxJun 24, 20261.00 STARS!!!!!!! I WAS INFORMED FROM UPD THAT MY PACKAGE WAS ON HOLD AT THE ORANGE COUNTY POST OFFICE AT CUSTOMER'S REQUEST. I NEVER GAVE SUCH A REQUEST!!! I WORK IN ANOTHER CITY.IT TAKES ME THIRTY MINUTES TO GET HOME. STAY CLOSED AT 4:30 PM. I LEFT WORK EARLY. RUSHED TO GET THERE AND THEY WERE CLOSED AND KEEP IN MIND.THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL!!!!. THEY ALWAYS USE MY DRIVEWAY TO TURN AROUND. MY MAILBOX IS RIGHT THERE ON THE ROAD!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!

Things like driveway blocked/obstructed (never), dog on property (don't own one and no one on my road that has one leaves them out) and the latest.....Customer request package to be held for pick up.......defeats the point of ordering something online to be DELIVERED...... and their phone automation is TERRIBLE.... it's like they know they are horrible so they make it hard to speak to someone...
