- HSHaylee Snipes3 days ago1.0Once again more packages lost or delivered to wrong address because of a mail carrier being careless. Our house has visible numbers on it. Yet I had to track 1 package down today that was delivered at 3pm to get it and thankfully found it. My other 2 packages delivered at 9:57pm no where to be seen. Not the first complaint I will have filed with this office either.

The management does care. We have been to the Orange Office multiple times to address this issue and all we get is excuses. When will something be done to correct this issue.
- PZParker ZambardinoAug 8, 20261.0I’d give 0 stars if I could. Didn’t deliver a package because “mailbox was full”. First of all mailbox had 3 letters in it. And the package wouldn’t fit in it anyway lol. Then sent my wife up there to pick it up and they refused because she didn’t have the name on the package. Even though she had all the tracking number info and everything. Been trying to get this package delivered for over 2 weeks now. Very unhelpful. And rude.

WTH I wish Amazon would stop using USPS all together, so frustrating! Very good experiences whenever i go to the actual office to send packages out, very friendly staff but the delivery department is is not good
- KPKristi PorterAug 6, 20261.0I have tried a number of times to send a package to my kid in the military. They asked me to fill out a customs form. I did 4 different times. Because they screwed up 4 different times by scanning the form and not printing the label I have to do it yet again. Way to support your troops overseas USPS. And also telling me over and over to fill the form out each time y'all mess up is only making me angry and not solving anything. Do your damn Job right so I can get my package to my kid.
