- CCCandySep 15, 20261.0No matter the time of day I call no one answers. I have real, valid issues and can't get anyone on the phone. I am usually not back in town before they close at 4:30 which is a problem as well. What is wrong with 5pm? And then I have to be in town during a short window on Saturday to get help. Forget it if you have plans. The post office going to hold you and your packages hostage.

I even told one of the employees and was told it’s not in there job description. That is flat out neglect on their part… please fix this for our community

When the USPS workers get used to our community and able to assist with better service they are moved out. Then Onalaska gets stuck with someone who doesn’t care about the people here! When they are new they never bother to go that extra effort to help residents here! Also why can’t this location get updated as other locations.

I have moved and they put my mail on hold instead of forwarding it to me. I filled out the paperwork and they still can't get it right.
