  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable service. UPS marked my package as **"Delivered – Meet Customer"**, even though I never received it. The package was worth over **$220**, and there was **no signature, no proof of delivery, and no package** at my apartment door or leasing office. I contacted UPS immediately, expecting help, but was simply told to contact the retailer instead. Now I'm stuck waiting for an investigation because UPS claims my package was delivered when it wasn't. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in UPS. Customers should not have to worry about expensive packages being marked as delivered when they never receive them. If you rely on UPS for important or valuable deliveries, be aware that you may be left dealing with the consequences on your own. I sincerely hope UPS improves its delivery verification process and takes more responsibility when customers report missing packages. Until then, I cannot recommend using UPS.

  Sent my mini fridge back to manufacturer and the package is lost I did not watch the owner package it up just got a receipt and so I guess I’ll never get my refund lesson learned from stopping here ! SMH …
