  AC does not work in there .I believe the printers weren’t even working and i won’t be surprised if other devices begin to overheat.How will they do their job if the heat is causing their machines to not work .#Notsafe🤔🤔

  Here at 8:08 am and it’s still not open. If they can’t even open at the right time I wouldn’t trust them with something more important like handling packages.

  Very rude manager named Naomi. She rushed me to the self-service printing area to print my document without first making sure it was the best option for me. I ended up wasting my time and money because I was not aware I had to access my email from the public computer. I would have rather just emailed the document to her, and she did not give me proper instructions before referring me to self-service. She was just being lazy and didn't want to assist me, then refused to refund me for the money wasted on the self-service computer.

  Nothing bad to say about the service or the employees themselves, Im writing this review to say how hot it is in there ,It is 100 degrees outside and the store feels like high 80 degrees .I went in a couple days ago after 4pm ,and the store felt so hot and I was sweating profusely .The AC should be always be working and it’s unfair to the employees to work in those conditions,I myself as a customer felt uncomfortably hot after being there for less than 10 minutes .Something needs to change and management who runs the place should do better!!!

  *EDIT* The owner doesnt even check the email that is provided for customers to reach out. Also because of this the package is "lost" it was "shipped" on 5-26-26 today 6-10-26 it has yet to arrive. Yes I understand it went through USPS but I feel if we went through the actual post office it would of made it when it was supposed to...in TWO days. I have tried to email the owner who doesnt even have the decency to sign the email with a name just "owner" what a freakin joke this place is. Reports have been made to appropriate channels. If they tell you they cant ship your package through them and have to use USPS...RUUUUN! Go to a post office to ship it. This place will OVER charge you by LOADS and claim there's nothing you can do. Husband went to ship a package on a Tuesday, it was perishable so told them it NEEDED to arrive at its destination on Thursday- so two day shipping. They told him they had to ship through USPS charged OVER $250 told him it'll be there Thursday. So he paid. Turns out they charged the priority express price (and then some) for regular snail mail. 4 days later and the package is still in Texas not even halfway to where it needed to go. Just go to a post office if they say they cant ship it through them but they can through USPS. Unless you're OK paying outrageous amount of money for normal snail mail.
