  Absolutely horrible service! Never send anything international with them!!!!!! Highly likely it’s gonna be lost! Dropped off my extremely important and time sensitive package on Aug 15-th, today is Sept 1. Package no near to be delivered to the final destination. And tracking number says it was never dropped off although i have a receipt which proves it. Receipt also says under carrier/service - USPS. Called the UPS store, bagged them to check maybe they still have my package - lazy agent Naomi absolutely refused to assist and send me to UPS call center, which put me through seven circles of hell and end up sending me back to this horrible store where shipment was made of. I also was recommended by UPS help team on Twitter to call USPS and of course USPS send me back to UPS. Its a wishes ridiculous circle with no answer.

  Very rude manager named Naomi. She rushed me to the self-service printing area to print my document without first making sure it was the best option for me. I ended up wasting my time and money because I was not aware I had to access my email from the public computer. I would have rather just emailed the document to her, and she did not give me proper instructions before referring me to self-service. She was just being lazy and didn't want to assist me, then refused to refund me for the money wasted on the self-service computer.

  Nothing bad to say about the service or the employees themselves, Im writing this review to say how hot it is in there ,It is 100 degrees outside and the store feels like high 80 degrees .I went in a couple days ago after 4pm ,and the store felt so hot and I was sweating profusely .The AC should be always be working and it’s unfair to the employees to work in those conditions,I myself as a customer felt uncomfortably hot after being there for less than 10 minutes .Something needs to change and management who runs the place should do better!!!
