  Came in on a Sunday afternoon, was greeted by an amazing employee name Annabelle. I explained what I needed and that I was not internet savvy to do it. She didn't hesitate. She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond for this senior adult old lady. She showed respect and kindness, which made my day!!! This young lady has a beautiful heart and excellent work ethic. Her customer service skills are genuine heartfelt. She is absolutely a wonderful person. This company should be proud to have such a great employee. She should be recognized for her dedication, commitment, work ethic, skills and honesty.

  Went in to fax some paperwork, the process was quick and easy. Managers and Associates on site were nice and helpful! Thanks

  The two employees working on Wednesday April 1st 2026 were awfully rude to my spouse in front of me (employee description since I didn’t get their names, male - large, tanned, black hair. Female - red hair) I’ve been frequenting this UPS location since moving to Texas last year, even though its 20 minutes away from home it’s in a convenient location where I could get the rest of my errands done in one go, unfortunately I will not be using this location any longer.
