The lady who works behind the desk is rude and unaccommodating. After a package with a lithium battery indicator on it was left on top of my mailbox on a state highway, in the middle of the afternoon, she proceeded to be ugly and make excuses for the situation.

Countless delivery issues since we moved here in 2018. From small, lightweight items that don't quite fit in our mailbox being left on top of it to blow into the road and be run over to 'items do not fit in mailbox' notes for large boxes that they didn't want to take up space in the small delivery vehicle...it's not our fault that USPS won the bid for Amazon deliveries away from UPS but, looks like it will be our problem! *The folks are nice when dealing with them...

Recently moved to the area. Specifically spoke with the mail courier for my area several weeks ago regarding packages being delivered. He informed me as long as the road wasn't bad or it rained recently he would drive them directly to my house. Few days ago ordered some very time-sensitive stuff online. After waiting all day I go down to my mailbox and see that they simply just put a little note in there saying that, that sorry we missed you. This made me absolutely furious because again I spoke with the courier previously and this is time sensitive items. So needless to say best case I will be going to the post office Monday, if they're even open. I am highly disappointed and the fact that I even gave this gentleman my phone number to call me if there was ever any issues and the fact that the sticker says sorry we missed you when they didn't even attempt to deliver the dang packages... Update 6-28-24 I have been missing a lot of mail and a lot of deliveries lately. Come to find out I learned a few minutes ago that they have been putting all of my missing packages and mail and the bigger mailbox, which is not mine. This is getting out of hand and ridiculous I am speaking to the postmaster about this.
