Dealing with this USPS branch is like watching a masterclass in how to be useless. Their automated phone system is a joke designed to hang up on you the second things get "complicated," which, for them, is basically everything.Despite having the right address, they still couldn't manage a simple delivery—and naturally, there's no way to reschedule. Since Dallas traffic makes getting there a nightmare and they’ve made it impossible to reach a human at any level, you’re basically left to rot. Those 5-star reviews are clearly AI-generated fiction, because any real person who walks in is met with the kind of unearned, toxic attitude only a government employee could get away with. It’s actually hilarious that they get paid to do absolutely nothing and then have the audacity to be offended when you ask them to do their jobs. 0/10. I’d leave zero stars if I could, assuming they haven't "lost" my package in their pit of incompetence yet.

Worst post office ever. They don’t ever fix the self service kiosk, then wanna roll their eyes when you walk in with a package that the kiosk could’ve just handled for me. They’re slow and lazy. Horrible.

I love the post office and always have an easy time. It probably my favorite government service. If you have a rough time at the post office idk that’s probably a “you issue”

We’ve lived here almost 10 years and it’s absolutely the worst mail service we’ve ever had. Our mail goes to either a different street or our neighbor. We also have mail delivered for someone three blocks away on a regular basis because they have the same street name only with court instead of drive. They also deliver mail to us for our neighbors on either side. I’ve taken stacks of mail up to the post office to tell them that this is not my mail and they don’t care. If I know, I’m getting something important in the mail, I tell them to send at FedEx. Worst Postal Service ever.
