IAbout 9:20 am, last week, in my neighborhood. I ran into a mail man named Troy. I want to Give Troy, the mail man, a shout out. We have recently been having issues with our packages being delivered to the right locations, but placed inwrong lockers, or in lockers the keys did not open. My neighbors and myself have been getting wrongs keys to the package lockers. I understand that they have a recent new hire and I get that there is a learning curve associated with a mail person running a new area. Np. I know they will get I down and I truly appreciate their efforts. "Rain, sleet, snow, yall still out there battling the elements for the security of our mail. Thank you!!!. But I had a perishable item that needed to be pulled out of the heat ASAP. The "locker" key that I was given in my normal mail box, did not work. I could not retrieve my package. I threw my hands up and said oh well. Maybe the company will refund or resend me what I needed with no additional cost. As I was leaving our community, I saw a mail truck at another set of mail boxes and package lockers. A guy named Troy. I stopped and told Troy my situation. Without hesitation he asked me where my mail boxes were and I told him I would take him there. He finished loading the final mail boxes with the mail that needed to be dropped off, closed the lockers, and told me he will follow me. I took him to my mailboxes and was able to retrieve my package. The keys were miss labeled. Thank you Troy. For the effort you put into making things right!! Without hesitation, with care and concern, and I thank you for taking time out of your hectic schedule to ensure that I got my perishable. Potentially saving me time, frustrations, and more out of pocket cost.

Is a shame that this postal office do not respect our Troops serving out of the country, three times trying to send goods to our little hero and they don’t want to add the code for low tariffs, I got with other local postal offices the code ASAP they see the address is inside one of our Military bases.
