- MBMac BennettMar 7, 20255.0Today ( March 6 ) we went to the New Waverly post office to renew my wife's expired passport. We got there at about 11am for a 11:45 am appt. The young lady at the front desk said she could go ahead and process the paperwork since the 11:00am appointment had not shown up. I wish I had gotten her name, but I want you to know she was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

The mail is never delivered on time and packages are left on the road. I reached out to the office and got nothing but excuses. There’s two vehicles sitting in the driveway and I get a notice to come to the post office to get the mail. I could go on but I think you get the idea.
