- CSChristina Smith3 days ago1.0Took a package to ship this morning. While standing in line the lady at counter was very nasty and rude with everyone that approached her counter 😒 As I approach counter I told her what I wanted to do she very rudely took package scaned it in. In big black letters all over box it says FRAGILE (EXPENSIVE PHONE INSIDE) she takes package and throws it hard as she can over the counter into the package box. Very rude very unprofessional. All my recipet says is Clerk:31 but she does not need to be working with the public with that type of attitude very nasty and eww I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to take anything else to a post office. I will never return there.

- JJJesseSep 4, 20265.0went in today to submit my passport application, i had made sure i filled out the form prior to my visit so everything went smoothly. i was greeted in with warm smiles and friendly employees, and the gentleman that helped me with my passport was very efficient and friendly! i was only in for about 25-30 minutes (since i did show up about 15 minutes early to my appointment,) and it was all done! now i just need to play the waiting game to get my passport :)

If they don't know how to deal with the public, they shouldn't be working there. They ought to fire the whole staff and hire people who actually know how to treat others.If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
