RESELLERS PLEASE READ! I live in McQueeney, I happen to be in New Braunfels one day and dropped off 2 packages in the drop box. It is now over 80 hours (over 3 days) and one of the packages is still not scanned. The other package shows in San Antonio and that it shipped from McQueeney which it did not. WHAT I DISCOVERED AND NOW CONFIRMED BY NB POST OFFICE....New Braunfels does not scan any packages put in the drop. They simply gather them and take to San Antonio and then they are scanned. Because my shipping zip code is McQueeney, it defaulted McQueeney as the shipping post office on the one package when it was not shipped from there. San Antonio does not know where it came from, so it defaults to your local zip code. Since the other package has not yet been scanned, all my buyer sees on tracking is that the post office is waiting for me to bring it in, yep, making me look like a dead beat seller or swindler. Likely outcome is...that buyer may cancel the order and when they do, they will be credited back their money, then when the product finally gets scanned it will be in route to them and delivered which means they received the product for FREE and I will be out the $68 and all the time and work I put in. DO NOT DROP YOUR PACKAGES WITHOUT THEM BEING SCANNED FOR TRACKING. My 5 star rating is already taking a hit as it is over 72 hours even though I dropped it off for shipping promptly. If NB post office would have had a sign above the drop stating they do not scan those packages I would never have put them in there and would have got in line and waited for them to be scanned. They obviously don't care about their own rating so don't dare think they will care about yours! If I could rate them with a ZERO I would. This is absolutely unacceptable communication and service coming from a post office. The best info they give me for now is the package is likely with the other one sitting down in SA which that one has been sitting there for 3 days now with no movement. Apparently that customer is not getting their package by tomorrow as the ETA shows either. IF YOU HAVE MONEY INVOLVED, DO NOT DROP YOUR PACKAGE AT THE NB POST OFFICE WITHOUT IT BEING SCANNED! PROTECT YOURSELF, YOUR BUSINESS, AND YOUR MONEY! (Not to mention, alot of wasted time and a headache)

I used to drive going to the post office not anymore. As a former Houstonian, you would not catch me in a Post Office. I absolutely love this Post Office and will wait in what they all think is a long line which is not because every postal representative there is extremely friendly and patient

Terrible. I spend THOUSANDS with my business and request order pickups a few times a week. The past 3 or 4 times they drop off packages and say they will come back and they NEVER DO! About to take my business to UPS if this keeps up. Im NOT happy

It's a Post Office! Actually, it's a very friendly post office where customers are treated with kindness and respect. Open and airy, it's a modern station rather than a cramped and crowded one. There is ample parking, though some spots are a few steps more away than many want to take in the Texas heat! The disability slots are generous and ample.

Overall, rude. I rarely frequent USPS but when I do it’s this location because of distance. Although, all my stops have been unpleasant. Strangely, I have only dealt with the women employees and they are terrible, probably not all but the ones I’ve interacted with. If you don’t like your job -customer service- then find another. My recent visit was an hour wait in line to have to deal with their unprofessionalism. And no, not everyone is familiar with USPS or their processes. They should have large proper signage of shipping, processes at the entrance not at the front desk after waiting an hour. I felt bad for the young man behind me that asked me if they would have the shipping label. I explained he should check his emails for that info. He began squirming to find emails for QR code or shipping label after being yelled at by an employee to be ready and to tape up his box after waiting an hour in line. It takes a lot of my being 🧘🏻‍♀️😆 to write reviews because it’s my energy and time wasted but this place needs to snap out of it. Today! I got there before 10am and I get a RUDE lady again that I guess was working in the back. I asked if they would be closed the entire day. She impolitely, sarcastically tells me to look at the sign on the door that said closed for the 4th of July. I was on my phone looking for my QR code and overlooked the little white sign with a black size 12 font on the door. I mentioned I was going by the online hours that said it’s open but hours may differ due to holiday. Says nothing about being completely closed. They need to take their hormonal-post-meno-pausal whatever attitude elsewhere! 🙃 Oh my gosh! In writing this I’m remembering my son and mine terrible passport experience with yet another rude lady! RUDE¡!
