- LRLauren ReeseSep 17, 20261.0Customer service was great. Turnover is high. I have been coming for over 5 years with my prepaid USPS packages. I just drop them off. Nothing else. I even put them in the right spot. Now they charge $1 a package. I ship a ton UPS And a ton USPS. This was convenient as a small business owner. I walk in today. Crazy long line. Walk to the back where I used to just place my packages. I was rudely stopped by a woman with dark hair and glasses. Telling me new policy. I walked out. Why the hell would I pay $1 for you to do nothing. USPS is already coming there daily. I will never be back. Horrible. Good luck to you on this new business plan. Won’t work.
