  Employee refused to accept a spotting scope for shipment by incorrectly insisting that it was for a rifle. Will never send anything via any UPS store again.

  In person I have amazing service no doubt about that but this review is about a call I made to the store ...I don't know who answered the phone this morning but they definitely did not wake up on the right side of the bed. I had called to check in on a paper that was notarized and sent out and had a question on their end that they were able to answer , the moment that she answered the phone was just rude obviously some people are not professional when it comes to that side of work because we don't work there. So when I explained my situation and questions she was like " I don't understand you, I still don't understand you" and then finally when she said "did you give your phone number to the person who notarized it " I said "yes" and was rude back .it wasn't a happy tone with me if you're not going to be nice to me I'm not going to be nice with you also if you don't like your job go find another job don't be rude answering the phones like that when you know that you're going to get multiple calls with multiple questions and then finally realizing that you knew what I was explaining about as well with again very rude answers back I said OK and hung up on her . I work in the service industry so I know how to speak to people I know how to work around people who do talk rude to me as well .. I was this close to asking if I can speak to someone else because she just sounded too rude for me with the questions that I asked regardless if she can answer them or not very unprofessional Billy? If that's your name I barley cared to hear her name but she worked today Friday June 12th and answerd my call at 10:43am. At the main plaza one here in New Braunfels I hope she reads this too!

  BEWARE!!!! If you are traveling and need to have an item shipped to you, if it is in an Amazon box, they will return it to sender! I had 5 boxes shipped to me at 1:30p today. I was there by 5:00p to pick them up. I was informed that location is for box holders and since my items were in Amazon boxes, they sent them back. BEYOND LIVID!!! It's my anniversary and there were gifts inside.
