- STSarah ThompsonSep 18, 20265.0Sweetest ladies working here with the best customer service and so helpful as I was fumbling around trying to figure out how to get some paperwork overnighted. I appreciated it! :)

- JSJonathan SanchezAug 25, 20261.0I had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with a FedEx employee named Austin, who identified himself as an assistant manager. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been unnecessarily rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He seems to go out of his way to reject packages without giving a reasonable explanation or making any effort to help resolve the issue. Customer service should be about helping customers, not treating them like they’re an inconvenience. Austin’s attitude and behavior are completely unacceptable for someone who claims to be in a management position. He is easily one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional employees I have ever dealt with. FedEx management seriously needs to look into the way customers are being treated at this location. Based on my experiences with Austin, I would give this location zero stars if that were an option.
