- STSavannah TaylorSep 28, 20265.0I had an issue with a missing package to my mailbox. I called this morning and they emailed me soon after letting me know they were looking into it and we’re gonna come to my subdivision to hopefully find it. Thankfully by this afternoon they were able to find it and put it in my mailbox. I have also frequently used this post office to send things out and have never had any issue. I am super happy with my post office and totally recommend!

The woman b hind the counter was awful… she was annoyed that we even walked in. There was no one else there. There was quite a bit of huffing and slamming paperwork down on the counter. However being me I gave her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps she just had a REALLY bad day or possibly issues going on in her life! I thanked her very sincerely and prayed that her day would get better. But after just reading the reviews, I see it’s just her personality. However I did receive my passport surprisingly quick! 3 days after I was approved.

- KVK ValadezJul 16, 20262.0Like the other reviews lady that does the passports is a miserable person and hates her job , she literally slammed the stamp onto the paper and huffed and puffed the entire time , was rude and snappy even when we were politely asking simple questions, please get a different job and move on you’re obviously very unhappy here. Other lady that works is such a sweetheart tho and was very helpful I’m sorry you have to deal with that.❤️

She grabbed my package and slammed it down. I told her it was breakable. Then she was rude and nasty the whole time. I told her if she hates her job that much then maybe this isn't the one for her.
