- BWBo WrightJul 21, 20265.0I want to sincerely thank the staff at my local post office for going above and beyond with their customer service. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and worked with me to make sure I received my package. They even stayed after hours so I could pick it up, and they called me to make sure I knew exactly where to go and how to get my package. That level of care and communication meant so much to me. It's not often you come across customer service like this anymore. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you all for your outstanding service—I truly appreciate everything you did!

I pay for prime and since I do pay for it expect my packages to arrive on time. But here lately the person delivering/ dropping off has left pink lips attempting to deliver but not able to deliver a small less than 2 pounds packages. When going to ask for package at post office no one knows where it's at or if I will get it on time. I had order for packege to be here for my kids school costume day and Halloween now they will have to go with whatever I am able to find at the store. The person needs to be held accountable for not delivering or accomplishing their job.
