  Sebastian was super helpful and friendly! He helped get an important package for me a day before going out for delivery after being told it was not possible by another staff, very grateful for him!

  Update: The customer service agent was great when I went in person. She was able to contact the carrier directly and locate 2/3 of my missing packages and they were left at my door later that same day. It did confirm my suspicions that the mail carrier was either leaving them in the incorrect mailbox or leaving them in an assigned parcel locker for my mailbox but not leaving me the key to access that parcel locker. 1 of my packages seem to be a full loss as it was “delivered to door” at what I presume to be the wrong address. To the mail carriers in Missouri city, I understand your days are long and this weather can make it unbearable but please take 1-2 more seconds to ensure packages are being delivered to correct address. These packages included medication for my pregnancy & other baby items related to my upcoming birth, 1 of which I cannot be reimbursed for in anyway. ——— I have had 3 packages within the last month not make it to me yet they are marked as “delivered”. I believe this is due to negligence of the mail carrier. When the items are not shipped with insurance you cannot file a claim so it’s a loss and up to seller to replace item at their discretion. However, when I have a package that requires a signature or is shipped priority with insurance those are delivered with no issue. I would prefer to not assume the worst however I am skeptical on why some mail and packages are making it to me whereas others are not.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Larry while getting my children’s passports. He was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel so easy and comfortable. Larry truly went above and beyond to help us, and his kindness made such a difference. He genuinely cares about helping people and providing excellent service. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing assistance with their passport. I also want to mention that everyone in the office was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel comfortable and treated us with such kindness. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with an office like this. Thank you so much, Larry, and thank you to the entire team for making this experience so smooth and positive!
