- KMKenia Morales3 days ago1.0Worse experience I’ve had at a postal office. I honestly did not know a postal place can be this of a nightmare. They replaced my mailbox key in error twice and then attempted to make me pay for it. My package was delivered to the wrong mailbox and I was told they would investigate and then call me but never did. When I went back to follow up a week later, the supervisor has an attitude and acted as if I was wrong to follow up. She left me waiting on the lobby bc she said she was busy and working on it the things. When she finally came out she told me the Carrier found the package and delivered it to my house the next day when that never happened. We went back and forth about it, like why would I waste my time and come up here for a delivered package when I have a busy schedule 🙄 These people are a joke!!!

Darnell provided great service shipping 4 packages for me and he was sure to ask if I needed stamps . . . which I did. I have been helped by several different employees at this location and all have been great.

They acted like im a minority. Everyone in there was african American. I just hope my box gets to its location. Not giving any more business to this location moving forward.
