  Amazing UPS location! I absolutely love that they’re open 7 days a week, which is incredibly convenient. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they make every visit quick and easy. It’s so nice having a reliable UPS location nearby that I can count on, even on the weekends. Excellent customer service every time highly recommend!

  Reema at The UPS Store #4854 went above and beyond for our family. My wife shipped a handmade banner for her cousin’s baby shower, and an address issue put its arrival in jeopardy. Even after the store had closed, Reema stayed in touch with us, contacted UPS, and worked with the Harlingen facility to arrange pickup that evening. Her cousin had the banner by 7:50 p.m., in time for the shower. Reema understood how much this mattered to my wife and kept us updated throughout. We’re incredibly grateful for the time and care she put into helping us.
