I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but I was disappointed with the customer service. As closing time approached, the front clerk was loudly shouting “5 minutes!” to her coworkers, then counting down “3 minutes” and “2 minutes” until closing. It came across as very unprofessional and made customers feel rushed. I completely understand that everyone is ready to finish their shift and go home, but maintaining professionalism until closing time is important. A more customer-focused approach would have made for a much better experience.

If you operate an online business or frequently ship in volume, I strongly advise avoiding this location due to an ongoing, hostile environment targeted at regular shippers. As a high-volume eBay top-rated seller operating under the storefront rgvmedia-with over 75,000 items sold and a flawless 100% positive feedback rating—my business relies on standard USPS services like Media Mail daily. Despite this established track record, clerk Nydia Campos consistently treats shipping standard business volume like an inherent issue. Rather than offering professional service, she subjects customers to aggressive, intimidating stare-downs and daily interrogations, repeatedly questioning whether the packages genuinely qualify for Media Mail under the vague accusation that "a lot of fraud is going on." This targeted harassment culminated in staff actually opening my packaged, secure inventory on-site under the guise of their inspection authority. When management was asked to intervene, the General Manager, Edgar, completely failed to de-escalate the situation. Instead of addressing his clerk's unprofessional floor conduct and clear lack of customer service, he defended the behavior and attempted to publicly intimidate me. Operating a business is entirely unfeasible when subjected to arbitrary suspicion, harassment, and an absolute lack of professional courtesy from local postal Management

Do not expect professional treatment if you run a small business. I ship high-volume items daily for my e-commerce store and always wait patiently in line. Lately, a worker named Nydia Campos has made it her personal mission to make me feel unwelcome, subjecting me to aggressive, repetitive questioning every single day about my packages. It reached a breaking point on Friday, June 18, when i was next in and she left her desk to get the General Manager, Edgar. Instead of handling things professionally, the manager called me out in front of a packed lobby of people, making it look like I did something illegal, and pulled me into a closed office “passport appointment office” . He used "Media Mail inspection guidelines" as an excuse to validate his employee's hostile attitude toward a regular customer who brings them steady business. Unprofessional, embarrassing, and completely lacking in basic customer service. If you have a choice, take your business shipments to a different location where you won't be publicly humiliated for just doing your job. Nydia Instead of being mad at regular customers for bringing in packages, you should be happy that USPS is running. Because of high-volume sellers like us bringing in consistent business..

These guys are allowed to talk to customers all rude well I didn't get my package. They could of told me it was delivered to the right address at least. But I guess the worker was having a bad day or something don't take it out on me
