  Do not use UPS to mail any important documents. We had a package sent to San Antonio over night delivery. $65 was the cost. This was a day with bad weather that happened only in the morning. It took a total of 5 after the expected delivery date. Our package was shipped to SA and back to Mission then to SA and then to Victoria TX and then SA but sat there over the weekend and not deliver till on a Monday. Along the way noone would refund even though a weather delay could have caused a 1 day delay. Trying to contact this office is impossible since the corporate office referred me back to the store. I was also told that their deliveries are not guaranteed. So BUYER BEWARE!!!!

  The UPS Store in Mission is always so quick to attend to customers, even on their busiest days. The people there are amazing and always helpful. I do wish the store hours were a little longer — even an extra 30 minutes would help — but other than that, they take great care of all my Amazon returns and make the process very easy. 📦✨
