- AVAmber VeselovecApr 29, 20261.0I called for help and the “post master” honestly didn’t even help at all. Like there literally wasn’t a point in me calling that’s how unhelpful she was. She was also super rude and said that $50 wasn’t a lot for people to pay for a mailbox key in 2026 like.. some people have financial struggles there was no point in saying it and it wasn’t directed at me but like just to say that I felt like was unprofessional. I asked for them to hold a package for me and it just ended up getting send back to the person I had ordered something from so now I have to pay for shipping to ship it back to another family members address thanks post office for doing absolutely nothing when I call. I gave two stars only for the one nice person that works there but that person can’t go over the post masters head so nothing gets done. Edit- just wanted to add to this that they don’t do anything once it’s being returned to sender they will not hold at post office even if you can show id and proof that it is your package

Our postman on multiple occasions has put the parcel key in the wrong box and this time my package was stolen. Every time we check our mail, we have mail from someone else. Its not that hard to put mail in a mailbox and a key in the correct persons box.
