From the moment he assisted us, he was welcoming, patient, respectful, and genuinely kind. He took the time to listen, answered our questions clearly, and made sure we received all the assistance we needed. His professionalism was excellent, but what impressed us most was the warmth and humanity with which he treated us. Roger did not make us feel rushed or uncomfortable; instead, he made us feel respected, valued, and welcome throughout the entire visit. After experiencing situations in this area where we have felt judged or treated differently because of our background, Roger’s kindness meant more to us than he may ever realize.
