- CAC AgueroMay 13, 20261.0If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Every single time I need to come to this post office, it's a horrible visit. The staff here are ALL unpleasant. I went in and was ignored as I stood in the lobby, and there were TWO postal employees, just looking down at their phones. Immediately rude. Then, when they finally remembered that they're supposed to be WORKING, a woman finally looked up and said "Yes?". That was her greeting to a customer! Horrible customer service. Probably the worst I've ever had. Upon stating I was there for a passport (this is a site that is listed as an approved U.S. Passport site), she pointed at the door to a typed up sign that says "No Passport walk-ins" and said "We're understaffed right now" AND THERE WERE TWO OF THEM AND ONLY ONE OF ME! They obviously just don't want to do their jobs. Who is the Postmaster, here? When did public servants become so unappreciative? I told her I wanted to make an appointment then, and she just told me "iT wOuLdS bE bEtTa iF yOuS gOs tO bigS SpRiNgS", ebonics and all. I didn't ask about what city to go to, lady. I told her I want an appointment and she scheduled me a month and a half out. Ridiculous. ALSO, they don't answer their phone. Why do we pay these people? It's audit time. P.S., I got my passport done quickly and easily, thanks to Abby at the Ector County Public Library. She knows how to do her job and understands her responsibilities. This post office should be re-staffed.
