I called to complain but who knows if they ever did anything. The sign says they open at 8:30 but at 8:40, I had ring the doorbell 4 times to open the windows.

They said they would call when they found it. Next day, no calls. When we went back to the store to ask, they said “the supervisor was supposed to call you today, the package was returned to sender” WHAT??????? What gives them the right to lie to our faces, neglect their duties, and then send the package back without even holding it for one day?
