- ACapril camposAug 13, 20261.0I stopped by this USPS to drop off a package and purchase a greeting card. While waiting in line, my daughter briefly looked at a card for her grandma. Within seconds, an employee rudely told her, “Honey, NO CARDS.” She was simply reading the card, not making a mess or disturbing the display in any way. I immediately asked my daughter to stand beside me, only to hear the employee mutter, “Watch your kids,” as she walked away. The issue wasn’t being told to leave the cards alone—it was the unnecessary rudeness. We could easily go to CVS for a card, but chose to support USPS instead. Unfortunately, experiences like this make it easy to understand why some customers choose to go elsewhere.

I called to complain but who knows if they ever did anything. The sign says they open at 8:30 but at 8:40, I had ring the doorbell 4 times to open the windows.
