  These people are beyond unprofessional. The lady that reached out to me told me she would call me to inform me if I could get an interview with one of her clients. I called her and emailed her multiple times and she NEVER had the courtesy of returning my calls or even emailing me a response. I do NOT recommend this place at all. That Rose Ann Richardson lady needs to find another occupation if she's not going to fulfill her duties properly, she's very unprofessional.

  Sent a resume 3-4 weeks ago even called and left a voice mail I've never heard back from them. Just tried calling I was speaking to a Manager and she hung up. Called back now she won't even pick up.

  I have never used a staffing agency before, and I had doubts anything would come from it. To my surprise, I found a wonderful career all thanks to Lesley Donnell at Robert Half. All the staff were excellent from the first phone call to placement. I was looking for a permanent position that utilized my unique work experience in property management and completed coursework at UTPB in Accounting while on the path to graduating. I dealt with the temp department at first, and all of the staff were available during office hours. If they were in a meeting, my phone calls were returned immediately. They answered all of my questions, and got me over to the permanent department upon realizing what I was looking for. I was in direct contact with Lesley Donnell, VP after that. She was approachable, friendly, understanding, listened to everything I told her, but also used her expertise and connections with established companies to find me a career. I think she understood what I was looking for even more than I did! Lesley replied to e-mails quickly. I would get out of one interview, and she would have a few more already lined up. I had my dream career within a couple of weeks, solely due to her ability to match my character, personality, schooling and experience with a position & company culture it would fit best in. She found me a dream job that I would not have found otherwise, truly. I know that if it had not worked out, she would have easily taken the information and found me a different path to take as well. I spent 6 months looking for a job on my own in Midland prior to trying out a staffing Agency (luckily the right one - Robert Half). I wish I would have walked into their doors sooner.
