  I arrived at this UPS location at exactly 7:01pm.The posted closing time was 7:00 pm.The door was still open,there was one customer ahead of me who was allowed inside before they closed the door. I had only two small t-shirt packages to drop off.I understand closing on time, but since the door was still open and another customer was being served,I found this very disappointing and unfriendly.

  I’ve been choosing this UPS Store for my returns since the pandemic . For years, the staff was always pleasant, helpful, and made the return process easy, which is why I continued coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service has noticeably declined lately, and today was by far my worst experience. The staff was extremely rude and made what should have been a simple transaction unnecessarily unpleasant. I’m not sure what has changed at this location, but it’s disappointing to see such a difference in the level of service. Thankfully, there are other UPS locations, as well as Kohl’s and other options for Amazon and online returns, so I’ll be using those for the time being. I genuinely hope management addresses whatever is going on and gets this location back to the level of customer service it once provided. Do better.

  I sent my husband to purchase ( 7) 8.5x11 Color 80#, when we got home, I started working on a project for my sisters wedding and found out they gave me (5) actually on the cardstock that I needed and (2) not on it. I live 40 min away from this store so this is a complete inconvenience. To top it off I tried to call the number on the google page to try to fix the problem and no one answered the phone even though it is posted that they are open until 7 pm.

  Very disappointing experience with this UPS store. I dropped of two packages directly with an employee, but they were never scanned as leaving the store and were ultimately lost. When I returned to ask for help, the employee showed little concern and made no effort to investigate and try to help locate packages within store. I expected better customer service. I would not recommend using the store to drop of packages.
