- TTTylerSep 27, 20261.0Apparently, all those federal work cuts have really made USPS go downhill. I shipped the Watch to someone, and had it in its original case and then wrapped it in bubble wrap. And it showed up completely broken on arrival. And apparently USPS regularly denies any type of damage claims as fault of shipper for not “packaging it well enough”. So basically I’m just out of luck. Last time I am shipping anything of value through USPS.
- SSSusan SSep 24, 20261.0I am convinced that USPS employees within this facility are stealing mail, unless it's junk mail. I have "Informed Delivery" where you get an email every day with pictures of the mail you are supposed to receive -- what a joke! I never received a birthday card from 3 weeks ago that was in my Informed Delivery email. Reported it on the portal, locally -- got no response. Filed a claim federally and only got an email then from this local PO that the complaint was received. The next day I got a "survey" email to find out how USPS did resolving my issue. Really? It was never resolved. This facility should be SHUT DOWN!
