  Walked in greeted and took my return merchandise. Had a issue with one return store clerk said to tske a pic so you have confirmation of your return l can tract my order with the bar code.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE attitude of staff and manager. Avoid at all costs! Not focused on customer care, not concerned about providing basic level of manners. for a company that offers business support services this entire team is in desperate need of accountability and customer service training. Save yourself time, frustration and energy and go to another store that actually values your business. Because this team does not!

  Extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store. On August 7, 2026, I went to this location to send time-sensitive legal documents to India. I was originally considering another shipping option, but the staff recommended that I pay approximately $40 more for a 3–5 day option because of the urgency. What they did not clearly explain was that this was a USPS service rather than UPS international shipping, nor was I told that the 3–5 day timeframe was not guaranteed. As of August 20, more than 12 days later, the documents have not even left the United States. I have already contacted USPS separately, so I understand there is little the UPS Store can do about the package at this point. My concern is with the recommendation made at the store. If a customer specifically says they are shipping time-sensitive international legal documents, staff should not recommend a service based on a 3–5 day timeframe without clearly explaining who will actually transport the package and whether that timeframe is guaranteed. I appreciate management reviewing what happened and addressing how these options are presented to customers in the future. I will not use this location again for critical shipments.

  I love coming here, the staff is always nice and super friendly and the environment is very clean and nicely organized.
