This location was prepared to charge me an additional $117, claiming it was justified by the fact that “I’ve been with FedEx for 20 years.” Unfortunately, the 2.9 rating feels entirely consistent with that level of service—believe it. There was also an issue with the online ordering. I attempted to submit my order three to five times, but it would not go through. I called the location for assistance and did not receive any. I then called the 1-800 number, along with another location, and was told that processing can occasionally be unreliable on the site. I was advised to restart the order and resubmit. I was also informed that because online processing can sometimes fail, I could go to the printing location where I was attempting to place the order, explain the difficulty I experienced submitting it, and they would honor the online pricing. When I reached this location, I was told something completely different. They instead intended to charge me nearly $200 for in-house printing—an additional $117 beyond my $75 quote. This is especially disappointing, given how challenging it already is for small businesses to operate. For a large company or its employees to go out of their way to overcharge families and small businesses is both disheartening and unacceptable. Finally, the “I’ve been here 20 years” excuse is not customer service. I will not be using this location again, and I fully understand the low ratings.

Had to scan and ship something. They were efficient and super helpful. Great staff and services and it’s in same complex with a bunch of great other businesses to check out

Well, already last time I believe it was insane to have a guy there and made us to the whole process through a machine. Today, the same, lady did not even try to approach to help. Are we getting a discount to make the whole process ourselves? I just passed to UPS before and SERVICE IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. I think from now on, I will try UPS, we were just so used to Fedex

I visited this FedEx location on University Drive in McKinney at approximately 12:25 p.m. on June 15, I only needed to print a shipping label. After waiting for an extended period for my printout, the clerk skipped over me and assisted the next customer, apparently assuming that my email had not been received, without first checking or communicating with me. I felt completely ignored. The customer service (He) was unprofessional and disappointing. Employees in customer-facing roles should be attentive, courteous, and communicate clearly with customers.

Friendly faces who were quick to jump up to help me bring in some heavy boxes. We had easy and light conversation all while they were helpful.
