  It’s 8 am opening time. I’m standing outside, and no one is here to open the store. I specifically booked a hotel near to this FedEx so I could print things off before an important business meeting. Very unprofessional. There’s multiple customers out here. My day has been significantly altered in a not good way because of FedEx’s failure to respect its customers and open on time.

  Exceptional Service & True Professionals! I want to extend my absolute sincerest thanks and appreciation to the incredible team at this Eldorado Pkwy location. For the past 7 years, I have been bringing school story projects here for color printing, and they have always turned out so bright, colorful, and on fantastic quality paper. Their high-quality work has directly helped me bring the love of Christ to warm the hearts of residents at a local retirement home, where we have served for the past 5 years doing puppet shows, singing, and interacting with them. Most recently, I brought in an oversized lamination job, and once again, the quality of their work far exceeded my highest expectations! They even went the extra mile to trim it to the perfect size, and the final result looks absolutely terrific. This office is hands-down the absolute best in McKinney, and that starts from the top down. I want to especially highlight the manager, who represents the absolute best of old-school customer service—incredibly approachable, deeply professional, and genuinely caring. It is rare to find a team that handles customers with such grace and excellence. Thank you so much for your outstanding service over the years; it is greatly and highly appreciated!

  I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center thanks to Norm. I came in with a print order after running into issues online on Tuesday, May 12th. I could not specify that I wanted my artwork printed to scale instead of “fit to printable area.” When I first spoke with Norm, the initial options were coming out to $60 to $80+, which was well over my budget. Instead of stopping there, Norm took the time to walk through creative solutions with me. He suggested adjusting the paper type and adding detailed notes when submitting my order online. He also mentioned that he would watch for my order to come through and told the staff not to let anyone else process it except him since he understood exactly what I was looking for. When I picked up my order, I was beyond happy with the results. Everything was exactly how I envisioned it and more. What really stood out was the level of care and effort. Norm went above and beyond, not just solving the problem but making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I also want to mention that I came in during a personally tough week, and this experience genuinely turned my day around. That kind of kindness and attention to detail does not go unnoticed. I will absolutely continue sending my print orders to this location.
